THE Dress.

Well, I found it!  I found my dress - and I'm VERY excited about it.  My mom came into town the last weekend of July and we were on a mission.  I ended up falling in love with the second dress I tried on, but I made sure to try on more dresses.  I even went to a second bridal shop just to be sure.  But We couldn't get the second dress out of our heads, so I bit the bullet and went and purchased the dress 3 days later.  The dress isn't on the designers website yet because its a 2011 design, but the minute it is, I'll update it here.  Its a San Patrick by Pronovias dress.  There is supposed to be a strap that goes over my left shoulder, but I want to make it a strapless dress, so its just kind tucked oddly into the dress in the picture.  The bottom is all tulle ruffles and feathers.  Its very appropriate for Vegas, without being over-the-top.  I'm very happy with my purchase :)

P.S. Don't mind the blacked out face or blurry picture.  I only had my cellphone on me, and I'm not into "look at me!!!" things when it comes to random online postings...sorry, I'm weird.

The Bridesmaids.

Well, we all got together in Milwaukee in early November to go on a shopping spree for the dresses, and this is the winner.  2 girls will be wearing this exact dress, and the 2 other girls will be wearing a similar, strapless version.  I was very happy that we found coordinating dresses by the same designer that everyone is happy with.

The Boys.

We've told the boys to just wear a black suit.  Buying a suit doesn't cost much more (if at all) than renting a tux, and most of the GM already have black suits.  They'll be in green and black striped ties that I FINALLY found at Macys.

Fiance will be wearing a light grey suit, white shirt, and solid black tie.  We thought it would look nice for him to stand out a bit from the groomsmen - kinda like this picture :)

After the Reception Dress

I FINALLY found a short white dress that fit well and that I liked.  It was a much harder task than I imagined.  Thankfully, Macy's had this Suzi Chin dress in my size.  I like that it's lace, which is very different from my wedding dress.  It will be fun to run around the casino in after our dinner at Joe's.
